Mexico Under 17 Women’s National Team vs Alabama Olympic Development Program (ODP)

Mexico has chosen to return to Alabama for their final international tour prior to World Cup Qualifying for the first ever Under 17 Women’s World Cup to be held this year in New Zealand. Mexico and the United States are favorites to advance to the World Cup from the CONCACAF region.
The Alabama Olympic Development Program team competing against Mexico is a collection of the best players in the state from multiple age groups. Every player has represented the Olympic Development Program with several having played on National Teams.
Alabama Roster: Merritt Mathias, Katy Frierson, Lauren Arnold, Tori Ball, Shanna Brooks, Christine Schweer, Zehra Syed, Lindsay Sillers, Kiki Robinson, Abbi Trevino, Brittany Vanderburg, Shelby Owen, Jo Robbins, Bailey Kimbell, Irravadee Makris, Sarah Hook, Olivia McKenzie, Amy Anderson, Lakin Eddy, Megan Collins.
Come see the best in Alabama compete against the best in Mexico at Homewood Soccer Park. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for youth (under 5 is free). Proceeds support the Alabama Olympic Development Program.
