**Teams can qualify for the 2010 Nationals at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex

If player is under the age of 18, signature of legal guardian is required.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refund if a team withdraws from the tournament.  If the tournament is postponed your team entry fee will apply.
