Paul Martin, played competitive soccer for 20 years. He ended his career with the Torreon Santos in Laguna, Mexico. 

Paul helped begin the soccer programs in George and Greene counties in Mississippi and is on the MS Olympic Development Coaching Staff.  He is a MYSA/USYSA State  Instructor.

Paul was named MYSA 1999 Girls' Coach of the Year.  In 2001, he led his George County High School women's team to the state finals and was named the Sun Herald Girls' Coach of the Year.

Paul has been involved in youth soccer for many years and is one of the most respected coaches the state of Mississippi. Gulf Coast United FC's U18 Girls team, which Paul coached 2002 and 2003, is the current Mississippi State Champion.

Paul holds a “USSF B” license and a USSF “National Youth License.”
