Registration for Fall 2010-Spring 2011 Season
To Register for the Fall 2010-Spring 2011 Seasonal Year
READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BEGINNING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
All players should register for the fall season immediately but no later than July 1, 2010. At least one half (1/2) of your fees will be due at registration. Payment in full will be required no later than August 28, 2010 to remain eligible to participate at MSC.
Please ensure that you upload a photograph of your player at the time of registration.
You must also check to make sure that your child's birth certificate is uploaded. If it is not, you should uploade a copy.
Failure to upload a photograph and birth certificate may result in your child not receiving their player card in time for their first game.
