Ken McDonald

 
The Mobile Soccer Club welcomes Coach Ken McDonald to the Mobile Soccer Club coaching staff.

Ken will coach our Division I, U17-U18 team for the coming year. Ken brings a wealth of coaching knowledge and experience to the Mobile Soccer Club.

Ken is the Head Coach for the United States Men’s Deaf Team that is competing in the World Deaf Futbol Championships this summer in Greece.  Prior to serving as the Head Coach for the United States Men’s Deaf team, Ken served as an assistant on the United States Women’s Deaf team that won a Gold Medal at the 2005 Deaflympics in Melbourne, Australia.  After the coaching job that he did with the Women’s team, Coach McDonald was immediately offered the position as Head Coach of the Men’s team and they began their road to the Deaflympics this summer.

By all accounts, under Ken’s coaching and leadership the Men’s team has a realistic shot at a medal this summer.

Ken has worked with various Club soccer teams in the Pensacola area and has just completed a stint at the Bayside Soccer Club in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
